Indications
Adiolol 50 mg is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain. It is used in cases where pain management is essential and pharmacological measures are required for its control. It is effective in the treatment of postoperative pain, neuropathic pain, and in conditions such as osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. Adiolol acts on opioid receptors in the central nervous system, providing pain relief and improving patients' quality of life. Its use is recommended under strict medical supervision, adjusting the dose according to the patient's response and the severity of the pain.
Composition
Each capsule of Adiolol contains 50 mg of tramadol as the active ingredient. Additionally, it contains excipients that facilitate the formulation and stabilization of the product.
Contraindications
Adiolol is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to tramadol or any component of the formula. It should not be administered in cases of acute intoxication by alcohol, opioid analgesics, or medications that affect the central nervous system. Likewise, its use is not recommended in patients with a history of uncontrolled epilepsy or seizure disorders.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering Adiolol to patients with a history of substance abuse, respiratory diseases, hepatic or renal insufficiency. Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
