Indications

Adiolol is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain. Its use is appropriate in clinical situations where effective pain control is required, such as in patients who have undergone surgery, in oncological conditions, and in cases of chronic pain that do not respond to conventional treatments. Furthermore, it can be useful in the management of pain associated with injuries or diseases affecting the musculoskeletal system.

Composition

Each capsule of Adiolol contains:
- Tramadol: 100 mg
- Excipients: q.s.

Contraindications

Adiolol is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to tramadol or to any of the excipients. It is also contraindicated in patients receiving monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), as well as in those with uncontrolled epilepsy or a history of seizures. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe respiratory insufficiency or in a coma state.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of drug or alcohol abuse, as well as in individuals with liver or kidney disorders. Adiolol can cause physical and psychological dependence. Furthermore, special care should be taken when using it in elderly individuals, as they may be more susceptible to the adverse effects of tramadol.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children and protect from light.
