Indications
Adiolol is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain. Its use is especially effective in cases of postoperative pain, neuropathic pain, and chronic painful conditions. This medication acts on the central nervous system, modulating pain perception and providing relief to patients requiring effective pain management. Its use is recommended in patients who have not responded adequately to other analgesics or who require sustained pain control.
Composition
Each Adiolol capsule contains 100 mg of Tramadol as the active ingredient, in addition to excipients that facilitate the formulation and stability of the product.
Contraindications
Adiolol is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Tramadol or any of the excipients. It should not be administered to patients with acute intoxication by alcohol, hypnotics, analgesics, or drugs of abuse. It is contraindicated in patients with uncontrolled epilepsy or those who are undergoing treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of opioid dependence or with a history of substance abuse. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe respiratory insufficiency or those who are being treated with other medications that affect respiratory function. It is important to evaluate renal and hepatic function before initiating treatment and adjust the dose accordingly.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at temperatures between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius. Keep out of reach of children.
