Indications

Adimod is indicated for the treatment of recurrent infections in patients with immunodeficiencies, as well as for the prevention of infections in those with conditions that predispose to immunosuppression. This medication may be useful in cases of recurrent respiratory infections, as well as in improving the immunological status of patients with chronic pathologies affecting the immune system. Adimod is also used as an adjuvant treatment for autoimmune diseases and in situations where a boost to the body's immune response is required.

Composition

Each Adimod bottle contains Pidotimod as the active ingredient. Its excipients include: water for injection, sodium chloride, among others.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Pidotimod or any of the excipients in the formulation. Its use is not recommended in patients with uncontrolled autoimmune diseases, or in those who present allergic reactions to components of the formula.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with autoimmune diseases or a history of allergic reactions. It is important to monitor the response to treatment and make adjustments in case of adverse effects. Adimod should not be used as a substitute for conventional treatments for infections or immunological diseases without the supervision of a healthcare professional.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
