Indications

Adepsique is indicated for the treatment of depressive and anxiety disorders. The combination of amitriptyline, a tricyclic antidepressant, diazepam, a benzodiazepine anxiolytic, and perphenazine, an antipsychotic, allows addressing a variety of symptoms associated with mood and anxiety disorders. This medication is useful in reducing tension, nervousness, and other emotional symptoms, as well as in the management of severe distress episodes. Its use must be supervised by a physician, who will determine the dose and duration of treatment according to the patient's needs.

Composition

Each tablet contains: Amitriptyline 10 mg, Diazepam 3 mg, Perphenazine 2 mg.

Contraindications

Adepsique is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the formula's components, as well as in those with narrow-angle glaucoma, myasthenia gravis, severe respiratory insufficiency, and in patients who are receiving monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or who have stopped their use in the last two weeks.

Precautions

Caution is recommended in patients with a history of substance dependence, liver or kidney diseases, as well as in those with a history of seizure disorders. The concomitant use of other central nervous system depressants should be carefully evaluated by a physician.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
