Indications

Adaferin Cream 0.1% is indicated for the treatment of acne vulgaris, specifically in cases of inflammatory and non-inflammatory lesions. Its active ingredient, adapalene, is a retinoid that acts by normalizing cell differentiation and reducing comedone formation, as well as acne-related inflammation. It is suitable for use on sensitive skin and can be used in combination with other antiseptic or antibacterial treatments as per medical evaluation. It is recommended to apply it to affected areas once a day, preferably at night.

Composition

Each 100 g of cream contains: 0.1 g of adapalene. Excipients: purified water, glycerin, cetyl alcohol, propylene glycol, among others.

Contraindications

Adaferin Cream is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to adapalene or any of the product's excipients. It should not be applied to areas with eczema, open wounds, or sunburn. Its use should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding, unless expressly indicated by a doctor.

Precautions

It is recommended to avoid excessive sun exposure and the use of irritating skin products during treatment. It is important not to apply it to the eyes, mucous membranes, or damaged skin. Women of childbearing age should consider using contraceptive methods during treatment. In case of severe irritation, discontinue use and consult a doctor.

Storage

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 °C. Keep the product in its original packaging and out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
  4. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next day.
