Indications
Acetylsalicylic acid is used for the treatment of various medical conditions. It is widely recognized for its effectiveness in reducing fever and pain, as well as in managing inflammatory processes. This medication is especially indicated in the following cases:
- Relief of mild to moderate pain, such as headache, muscle pain, dental pain, and menstrual pain.
- Fever reduction in febrile processes.
- Treatment of inflammatory conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
- Prevention of cardiovascular events, in low doses, in patients at risk of thrombosis or heart attack.
Composition
Each tablet contains: 100 mg of acetylsalicylic acid as the active ingredient, along with suitable excipients for the formulation.
Contraindications
The use of acetylsalicylic acid is contraindicated in the following cases:
- Hypersensitivity to acetylsalicylic acid or other salicylates.
- Active gastric or intestinal ulcers.
- Severe liver disease.
- Aspirin triad: asthma, rhinitis, and nasal polyps.
Precautions
Special care should be taken in the following cases:
- Patients with a history of peptic ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding.
- Patients with kidney or liver failure.
- Concomitant use with other anticoagulants.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
