Indications
Abretia (duloxetine) is indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder in adults. Additionally, it is used in the management of generalized anxiety disorder. This medication is also effective for the treatment of neuropathic pain associated with diabetes mellitus, as well as chronic pain in conditions such as fibromyalgia and chronic musculoskeletal pain. Duloxetine has been shown to improve patients' quality of life by providing relief from symptoms associated with these conditions. The dosage and duration of treatment should be determined by a physician, considering the individual characteristics of the patient.
Composition
Each Abretia capsule contains: Duloxetine 30 mg, as well as excipients necessary for its formulation.
Contraindications
Abretia is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to duloxetine or any of the excipients. It should not be administered in cases of severe hepatic insufficiency, and is contraindicated in patients who are receiving monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or who have received them within the last 14 days.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering Abretia to patients with a history of seizure disorders, cardiovascular diseases, or those with narrow-angle glaucoma. Abrupt discontinuation of treatment can lead to discontinuation symptoms; therefore, a gradual dose reduction under medical supervision is recommended.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
