Indications
3A Ofteno Drops are indicated for the treatment of ocular inflammation and pain in various conditions, such as allergic conjunctivitis, keratitis, and after ocular surgical interventions. This medication can also be used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with eye injuries. Its use is recommended in patients requiring non-steroidal anti-inflammatory treatment for specific ophthalmic conditions.
Composition
Each milliliter of 3A Ofteno Drops contains 1 mg of diclofenac sodium, as well as excipients that allow for its proper formulation and preservation.
Contraindications
The use of 3A Ofteno Drops is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to diclofenac or any of the excipients in the formulation. It should not be used in patients with a history of allergic reactions to other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Its use in children under 12 years of age is not recommended.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of peptic ulcer or bleeding disorders. Prolonged use of this medication may increase the risk of adverse effects. It is important to avoid contact of the dropper with the eyes or any surface to prevent contamination. A doctor should be consulted if symptoms persist or worsen.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.
