Identify your skin type and learn how to care for it
As you may already know, the largest organ in the body is the skin, and its protection is so special that it requires great care. Learning to identify our skin type will help us choose our skincare products.
Every person is different, and therefore there are many skin types, but here are the main ones.
NORMAL SKIN.
You can identify it if your skin looks soft and appears uniform, and your pores should be small.
OILY SKIN.
You have a shiny appearance all over your face due to excessive oil production. In some cases, you may experience acne, pimples, or blackheads.
DRY SKIN.
You may notice a rough texture and very tight pores.
COMBINATION SKIN.
You can identify the T-zone, which may have sebaceous glands. It is often confused with dry or oily skin because, being combination, it shares characteristics of both skin types, but don't worry! Addressing it is much easier than you imagine.
SENSITIVE SKIN.
This skin type can occur with other types; you can have dry but also sensitive skin. It is very common to feel irritation immediately when using the wrong product, which usually happens faster than with other skin types.
Here is a routine for your daily use. Remember that there are products for your skin's specific needs.
