Indications
Ordegan is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe acute pain. It is used in situations where effective pain management is required, such as in postoperative patients, in cases of oncological pain, or in conditions that generate intense pain, such as traumatic injuries. Ketorolac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that helps reduce inflammation and pain, while tramadol is an opioid analgesic that acts on the central nervous system to relieve pain.
Composition
Each Ordegan capsule contains: 10 mg of Ketorolac and 25 mg of Tramadol.
Contraindications
Ordegan is contraindicated in patients with a history of allergic reactions to any of its components, in those with active peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe renal insufficiency, and in patients receiving monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). Additionally, its use is not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women without corresponding medical evaluation.
Precautions
It should be used with caution in patients with a history of gastrointestinal disorders, hepatic or renal insufficiency, as well as in those with a history of substance abuse. It is important to monitor renal function in patients receiving prolonged treatment with NSAIDs. Combination with other opioid analgesics is not recommended due to the risk of adverse effects.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
