Indications

Unasal Cream 1% is indicated for the treatment of skin infections caused by fungi, including dermatophytes and yeasts. It is specifically used in the treatment of tinea (tinea corporis, tinea pedis), superficial candidiasis, and other fungal skin infections. Terbinafine, the active ingredient in Unasal, works by interfering with the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of the fungal cell membrane, resulting in fungal cell death. It is important to follow medical instructions to ensure an adequate response to treatment and prevent recurrence of the infection.

Composition

Each 100 g of Unasal Cream contains: Terbinafine 1 g. Excipients: purified water, cetyl alcohol, propylene glycol, among others.

Contraindications

Unasal Cream is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to terbinafine or any of the excipients of the product. Its use is not recommended on extensive lesions or mucous membranes.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when applying Unasal Cream to patients with a history of liver or kidney disease, as well as those who are using other medications that may affect liver function. It should not be applied to open wounds or irritated skin areas. If irritation or an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
  4. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next day.
