Indications
Tradol Retard Lib Prol is a medication indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain in patients requiring long-term analgesia. Its use is appropriate in situations demanding effective pain control, such as in patients with postoperative pain, oncological pain, or chronic pain. This medication acts on the central nervous system, modulating pain perception and improving the patient's quality of life. It is important that its use is supervised by a physician, who will conduct an appropriate evaluation and determine the correct dosage and duration of treatment.
Composition
Each Tradol Retard Lib Prol tablet contains 50 mg of tramadol as the active ingredient, in addition to excipients necessary for the product's formulation.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to tramadol or any of the excipients in the formula. It should not be administered to individuals with a history of substance abuse or opioid dependence, nor to patients with acute intoxication by alcohol, hypnotics, opioid analgesics, or psychotropic drugs. Likewise, its use is not recommended in patients with uncontrolled seizures or in those receiving monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering Tradol Retard Lib Prol to patients with a history of seizures, respiratory disorders, or conditions that may increase the risk of respiratory depression. Regular medical follow-up during treatment is essential to assess efficacy and the appearance of possible adverse effects.
