Indications

Tradol is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain, as well as for the management of postoperative pain. This medication acts on the central nervous system, modulating pain perception. Its use is recommended for patients who require effective pain control and who have not responded adequately to other analgesics. Tradol is especially useful in situations where pain is persistent and requires rapid and effective pharmacological intervention.

Composition

Each milliliter of Tradol Drops contains 100 mg of Tramadol and 1 mg of excipients. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic that acts in the brain to change how the body feels and responds to pain.

Contraindications

Tradol should not be used in patients with known hypersensitivity to tramadol or to any of the excipients in the formula. It is contraindicated in patients who are being treated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or who have stopped taking these medications within the last 14 days. It is also contraindicated in patients with acute intoxication by alcohol, sedatives, or hypnotics.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of epilepsy or seizures, as well as in those with respiratory problems or who are at risk of opioid dependence. Renal and hepatic function should be evaluated before starting treatment, as dose adjustments may be required. Tradol should be used with caution in elderly or debilitated patients.

Storage

Tradol should be stored in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, protected from light and out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
