Indications
Tradol is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain, as well as for the management of postoperative pain. It is used in situations where effective pain control is required, especially in patients who do not respond adequately to other non-opioid analgesics. Its action is based on the modulation of opioid receptors and the inhibition of the reuptake of neurotransmitters such as serotonin and norepinephrine, which contributes to its analgesic effect. Additionally, it can be used in the treatment of chronic pain, such as in cases of osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, and painful neuropathies.
Composition
Each Tradol ampoule contains 50 mg of Tramadol in a solution for parenteral administration. Excipients: water for injection, saline solution, and other inert excipients that facilitate the product's formulation.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to tramadol or any of the excipients in the formulation. It should not be administered to patients with acute intoxication from alcohol, hypnotics, opioid analgesics, or psychotropic drugs. It is also contraindicated in patients with uncontrolled epilepsy or a history of seizures.
Precautions
It should be used with caution in patients with a history of substance abuse, respiratory depression, or those receiving treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). Close monitoring is important in patients with renal or hepatic insufficiency, as dose adjustment may be necessary. Its use in combination with other opioid analgesics without medical supervision is not recommended.

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 °C, in a dry place protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
