Indications

Soloro 7 (Buprenorphine) is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe chronic pain in patients requiring continuous analgesic management. This medication is used in situations where other analgesics have not provided adequate relief. Its transdermal patch formulation allows for a constant release of the active ingredient, providing long-lasting relief and improved treatment adherence. Its use is recommended in patients who do not respond to oral treatments or who have difficulty taking medication orally.

Composition

Each patch contains 10 mg of buprenorphine as an active ingredient, in addition to excipients that facilitate its proper adhesion and release in the body.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to buprenorphine or to any of the patch components. It should not be used in patients with severe respiratory problems, such as acute bronchial asthma or severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Likewise, it is contraindicated in patients with opioid dependence or acute opioid intoxication.

Precautions

Special care should be taken in patients with a history of substance abuse, as well as in those with liver or kidney diseases, as they may require dose adjustments. Buprenorphine can cause respiratory depression, so patients should be monitored, especially during the initiation of treatment and after any dose adjustment.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
