Indications

Sennosides A-B is used for the treatment of occasional constipation and as a laxative in situations where a softer bowel movement is required. This medication may be indicated in cases of preparation for medical examinations or surgical interventions that require intestinal cleansing. It can also be used in patients who need support to regulate their intestinal transit due to a low-fiber diet or those who experience alterations in intestinal motility. It is important to follow the doctor's instructions for proper and effective use of the product.

Composition

Each tablet contains:
Sennosides A: 4.3 mg
Sennosides B: 4.3 mg
Excipients: Lactose, starch, magnesium stearate.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formulation. It should not be used in cases of intestinal obstruction, ileus, or abdominal pain of unknown origin. Its use is also contraindicated in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases such as ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease.

Precautions

Caution is recommended in patients with pre-existing medical conditions and in those taking other medications that may interact with sennosides. Prolonged use of laxatives is not recommended, as it can lead to dependence and worsening of intestinal transit. It is suggested to consult a doctor before starting treatment, especially in pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
