Indications

Nootropil (Piracetam) is indicated for the treatment of cognitive and memory disorders in adults, as well as in cases of brain deterioration, especially in patients with dementia. This medication is also used in the treatment of dyslexia in children and to improve learning ability. Additionally, it may be useful in cases of traumatic brain injury and alcohol use disorders. The efficacy of Piracetam is based on its ability to improve cerebral microcirculation, increase blood flow, and enhance cognitive functions.

Composition

Each 5 ml of Nootropil solution contains: 1 g of Piracetam. Excipients: purified water, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Piracetam or any of the formulation components. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe renal failure or those with cerebral hemorrhage.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of epilepsy, as well as in those with moderate renal failure. Medical supervision is recommended for patients with Alzheimer's disease or vascular dementia. It is important to monitor renal function during treatment.

Storage

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 °C. Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.
