Indications
Laritol D is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with allergic processes, such as seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, including sneezing, rhinorrhea, and nasal and eye itching. Additionally, it is indicated for the relief of nasal congestion associated with common colds and sinusitis, providing an effective decongestant effect thanks to the combination of loratadine, an antihistamine, and phenylephrine, a nasal decongestant. This medicine can be used in adults and children over 12 years of age, always under the supervision of a doctor.
Composition
Each tablet of Laritol D contains: Loratadine 5 mg and Phenylephrine 30 mg, in addition to the excipients necessary for the product's formulation.
Contraindications
Laritol D is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, or those who are being treated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). Likewise, it should not be administered to pregnant or breastfeeding women without prior medical consultation.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of liver or kidney disease, as drug elimination may be affected. It is also recommended to avoid driving vehicles or operating heavy machinery, as this medication may cause drowsiness in some patients. It is important to seek medical follow-up if adverse effects occur or if no improvement in symptoms is observed.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
