Indications

Laritol 10 mg is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with allergic conditions, such as seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, including sneezing, nasal itching, runny nose, and itchy eyes. In addition, it is effective in the management of chronic idiopathic urticaria, relieving itching and skin redness. Loratadine acts as a selective antagonist of histamine H1 receptors, which helps reduce the body's allergic responses.

Composition

Each Laritol tablet contains 10 mg of loratadine as an active ingredient. It also contains excipients such as starch, microcrystalline cellulose, and magnesium stearate, which are necessary for the product's formulation.

Contraindications

Laritol is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to loratadine or any of the formula's components. Its use is not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women without the supervision of a healthcare professional.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with liver diseases, as loratadine is metabolized in this organ. It is recommended to avoid co-administration with other antihistamines, as well as alcohol consumption, as this may increase the risk of adverse effects. It is always important to consult a doctor before starting any treatment.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
