Indications
Exel-Act Gel is a medication indicated for the treatment of pain and inflammation. It is commonly used in musculoskeletal conditions such as arthritis, tendinitis, and sports injuries. Its formulation based on Meloxicam and Ketorolac provides an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect, relieving symptoms of acute and chronic pain. Its use is recommended in patients requiring post-surgical pain management or after traumatic injuries. Topical application allows for a targeted approach to the affected area, minimizing systemic absorption and enhancing the efficacy of local treatment.
Composition
Each 100 g of gel contains: Meloxicam 1.80 g and Ketorolac 0.60 g, as well as the necessary excipients for the gel formulation.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to the components of the formula. It should not be used in patients with active gastric ulcers, severe renal failure, or in those who have experienced adverse reactions to other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
Precautions
It is recommended to use this product with caution in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, kidney or heart problems. Application should be exclusively on intact skin and avoid use on open wounds or skin lesions. Patients should be informed about the possibility of allergic reactions and the importance of following instructions for use.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
