Indications
Evastel is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with allergic conditions such as seasonal and persistent allergic rhinitis, as well as for the relief of symptoms of chronic idiopathic urticaria. Ebastine, its active ingredient, acts as a selective antagonist of histamine H1 receptors, thereby reducing symptoms of itching, sneezing, and nasal discharge. In addition, it is useful in the treatment of other allergic disorders that can affect patients' quality of life, providing significant relief and improving overall well-being.
Composition
Each Evastel tablet contains 20 mg of ebastine as the active ingredient, as well as excipients that ensure the stability and efficacy of the medication.
Contraindications
Evastel is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to ebastine or any of the excipients in the formulation. It should not be administered to patients with severe hepatic impairment. Its use in pregnant and breastfeeding women should be carried out under strict medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of cardiac arrhythmias or those who are receiving other medications that may prolong the QT interval. It is important to evaluate liver function before starting treatment and to monitor for possible adverse effects. Alcohol intake is not recommended during treatment with ebastine, as it may increase the risk of side effects.

Keep Evastel in its original packaging, at room temperature not exceeding 30°C, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
