Indications

Erispan Compound is indicated for the treatment of various allergic conditions, including allergic rhinitis and urticaria. Loratadine acts as an antihistamine, providing relief from symptoms such as sneezing, itchy eyes, and runny nose. Betamethasone, a corticosteroid, helps to reduce inflammation and control the immune response. This medication may be useful in the management of allergic diseases where effective and rapid symptomatic control is required.

Composition

Each tablet of Erispan Compound contains:

  • Loratadine: 5 mg
  • Betamethasone: 0.25 mg

Contraindications

Erispan Compound should not be used in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It is contraindicated in individuals with uncontrolled systemic infections and in those with severe gastrointestinal diseases.

Precautions

Caution is recommended in patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, hypertension, and in those with active infections. Prolonged use of corticosteroids can cause systemic adverse effects. The risks and benefits should be evaluated in each particular case before starting treatment.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
