Indications
Dolver is indicated for the treatment of conditions involving pain and/or inflammation. Its use is suitable for the management of mild to moderate pain, such as headache, dental pain, and muscle pain. It is also used in inflammatory conditions such as arthritis and to relieve fever symptoms. Ibuprofen works by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis, resulting in analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic effects.
Composition
Each tablet contains: Ibuprofen 800 mg. Excipients: starch, talc, magnesium stearate, and others.
Contraindications
The use of Dolver is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or any of the excipients in the formula. It should not be administered to patients with active peptic ulcer, severe renal failure, or severe hepatic failure, as well as those with decompensated cardiovascular diseases.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with asthma, cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, or those undergoing anticoagulant treatment. Renal function should be evaluated before starting treatment, especially in elderly patients or those with dehydration. Prolonged use should be supervised by a physician.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
