Indications

Dolver 600 mg is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of painful conditions, including but not limited to: headache, dental pain, menstrual pain, muscle pain, and joint pain. It is also used in the management of feverish states and inflammatory processes. Ibuprofen, its active ingredient, acts as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces inflammation and relieves pain by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis. Its use is recommended in patients requiring relief from mild to moderate pain and in those with acute or chronic inflammatory processes.

Composition

Each Dolver tablet contains 600 mg of ibuprofen as the active ingredient, as well as excipients necessary for the product's formulation.

Contraindications

This medicine is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or to any of the excipients in the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with active gastric or duodenal ulcers, severe renal insufficiency, severe hepatic insufficiency, or in those with uncontrolled cardiovascular diseases. Its use in the third trimester of pregnancy is contraindicated.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when administering Dolver to patients with a history of gastrointestinal disease, asthma, arterial hypertension, heart failure, or those who are undergoing anticoagulant treatment. Monitoring is suggested for elderly patients or those with pre-existing conditions that may increase the risk of adverse effects.

Storage

Store the medicine in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children and do not use the product after the expiration date indicated on the package.
