Indications
Doltrix is indicated for the treatment of acute pain of various etiologies, including postoperative pain, renal colic, and pain associated with gastrointestinal colics. Its formulation combines lysine clonixinate, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory that acts as an analgesic and antipyretic, and hyoscine, an antispasmodic that helps relieve spasms in the gastrointestinal tract and urinary system. This medication is useful in situations where rapid and effective relief of pain and abdominal discomfort is required.
Composition
Each Doltrix ampule contains:
Lysine clonixinate 100 mg
Hyoscine 20 mg
Contraindications
Doltrix is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with active peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe renal insufficiency, or inflammatory bowel diseases. It should also be avoided in pregnant or breastfeeding women, unless otherwise indicated by a physician.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal disorders, hepatic or renal insufficiency, as well as in those who are undergoing treatment with anticoagulants or who have a risk of bleeding. Medical follow-up is recommended during treatment to evaluate efficacy and the appearance of possible adverse effects.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children and do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
