Indications
Dimoflax is indicated for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders associated with abdominal pain and distension, as well as in cases of dyspepsia. Clebopride acts as a prokinetic, promoting intestinal transit and reducing symptoms of nausea and vomiting. Simethicone, for its part, helps relieve feelings of fullness and abdominal discomfort by reducing the formation of gas bubbles in the gastrointestinal tract. This medication is useful in managing symptoms related to gastritis and irritable bowel syndrome, where distension and pain are predominant.
Composition
Each Dimoflax capsule contains 0.5 mg of clebopride and 200 mg of simethicone. Excipients: gelatin, glycerol, and other excipients.
Contraindications
Dimoflax is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be administered in cases of intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal perforation, or in patients with a history of Parkinson's disease or movement disorders related to drug use. Furthermore, its use is contraindicated in pregnant and breastfeeding women, unless expressly indicated by a doctor.
Precautions
Special care should be taken when administering Dimoflax to patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases, as well as those who are under treatment with other medications that may cause adverse effects. It is advisable to evaluate renal and liver function before starting treatment. In case of side effects, a doctor should be consulted immediately.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.
