Indications
Clamoxin 12H Junior is indicated for the treatment of bacterial infections susceptible to the action of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid. It is commonly used for respiratory tract infections, such as pharyngitis, sinusitis, and otitis media. It is also indicated for urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, as well as dental infections. This medication is especially suitable for children due to its suspension formulation, facilitating administration and improving treatment adherence.
Composition
Each 5 ml of suspension contains:
- Amoxicillin: 400 mg
- Clavulanic Acid: 57 mg
Contraindications
Clamoxin is contraindicated in patients with a history of allergy to penicillins, to any of the components of the formula, or in those with a history of jaundice or hepatic dysfunction associated with the use of amoxicillin/clavulanic acid.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with kidney problems, as well as in those with allergic diseases. It is important to monitor patients with a history of colitis or antibiotic-associated diarrhea. It is recommended to evaluate liver and kidney function before and during treatment.
Storage
Clamoxin 12H Junior should be stored in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children. After opening, it is recommended to use the product within 7 days and discard any remaining amount.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
