Indications
Bristaflam (Aceclofenac) is indicated in the treatment of pain and inflammation associated with various medical conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It is also used for the management of acute pain, such as postoperative pain and dental pain, as well as in the treatment of inflammatory and non-inflammatory musculoskeletal conditions. Its anti-inflammatory and analgesic action helps to improve the quality of life of patients suffering from these conditions, alleviating symptoms related to pain and inflammation.
Composition
Each Bristaflam tablet contains 100 mg of aceclofenac as the active ingredient. It also includes excipients that facilitate the formulation and stability of the medicine.
Contraindications
Bristaflam should not be administered to patients with known hypersensitivity to aceclofenac or to any of the excipients in the formulation. It is contraindicated in patients with a history of active peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe renal insufficiency, and in those with a history of serious adverse reactions to other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Furthermore, its use is not recommended in the third trimester of pregnancy.
Precautions
Caution is recommended when using Bristaflam in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, moderate hepatic or renal insufficiency. The risk-benefit ratio should be evaluated in elderly patients and those taking other medications that may interact with aceclofenac. Regular medical follow-up is important during treatment.
Storage
Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius. Keep in its original packaging, protected from light and humidity. Keep out of reach of children.
