Indications
Arcalion 200 mg is indicated for the treatment of fatigue, tiredness, and exhaustion in situations of physical and mental stress. It is used as a supplement in the treatment of disorders related to thiamine deficiency, as well as in cases of neuropathies associated with diabetes. Likewise, it has been used during convalescence to improve the patient's general condition and increase adaptability to stressful situations. Its use is indicated in patients presenting with asthenic symptoms, weakness, and lack of energy, helping to improve the individual's quality of life and general well-being.
Composition
Each Arcalion tablet contains 200 mg of sulbutiamine, as well as the excipients necessary for the formulation of the medication.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to sulbutiamine or any of the excipients in the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe liver diseases or in those with a history of severe adverse reactions to other medications.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of psychiatric disorders or those who are undergoing pharmacological treatment that may interact with sulbutiamine. It is important to adequately assess the patient's medical condition before starting treatment and to follow medical recommendations during its use. Prolonged use without medical supervision is not recommended.
