Indications

Tempra Fen (Ibuprofen) is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate pain, as well as for fever reduction. It is commonly used in the management of headaches, muscle pain, menstrual pain, dental pain, and symptoms associated with colds and flu. Its anti-inflammatory action may also be useful in conditions involving inflammation, such as arthritis. Ibuprofen works by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are mediators of pain and inflammation, thus providing effective symptom relief.

Composition

Each capsule contains: Ibuprofen 400 mg. Excipients: [specify excipients according to the product, if known].

Contraindications

Tempra Fen is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or any of the components of the formula. It should not be administered in cases of active peptic ulcers, inflammatory bowel disease, severe kidney failure, severe liver failure, and during the third trimester of pregnancy. It should also be avoided in patients with a history of severe adverse reactions to the use of other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).

Precautions

Caution is recommended in patients with a history of asthma, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, kidney or liver failure, as well as in those taking other anti-inflammatory drugs or anticoagulants. Prolonged use of ibuprofen may increase the risk of gastrointestinal adverse events. Medical follow-up is important in case of prolonged treatment.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
