Indications

Solural is an oral electrolyte solution indicated for rehydration and correction of electrolyte imbalances. It is specially formulated to prevent and treat dehydration caused by diarrhea, vomiting, excessive sweating, or any other condition that leads to significant fluid and electrolyte loss. It is suitable for use in children and adults, providing an effective way to replenish essential fluids and electrolytes, such as sodium, potassium, and chloride, necessary for proper body function.

Composition

Each 100 ml of Solural contains:

  • Sodium: 90 mEq
  • Potassium: 20 mEq
  • Chloride: 80 mEq
  • Glucose: 5 g

Contraindications

Solural should not be used in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the formula's components. It is also contraindicated in cases of intestinal obstruction, severe renal failure, and when oral rehydration is not possible.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when administering Solural to patients with heart or kidney diseases, as well as those requiring strict control of sodium or potassium intake. It is advisable to monitor hydration status and electrolyte levels in patients with pre-existing medical conditions. In case of adverse symptoms, discontinue use and consult a doctor.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

Shipping

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
  4. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next day.
