Indications
Soldrin Ophthalmic is an ophthalmic solution that combines Dexamethasone and Neomycin, indicated for the treatment of various eye conditions that require anti-inflammatory and antibacterial action. This medication is used in the management of allergic conjunctivitis, postoperative ocular inflammation, and other inflammatory conditions of the eye where there is a risk of bacterial infection. Dexamethasone acts as a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, while Neomycin provides antimicrobial coverage, helping to prevent secondary infections.
Composition
Each ml of Soldrin Ophthalmic contains: Dexamethasone 1 mg and Neomycin 3.5 mg, in addition to excipients necessary for its formulation and stability.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with viral eye infections, fungi, or ocular tuberculosis. Furthermore, its use is not recommended in patients with herpetic corneal lesions.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when using Soldrin Ophthalmic in patients with glaucoma, as corticosteroids can increase intraocular pressure. Also, avoid contact of the dropper with the eye or contaminated surfaces to prevent product contamination. It is important not to use the medication for prolonged periods without medical supervision, as this may increase the risk of adverse effects.
Storage
Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius. Keep the bottle tightly closed and protect from light. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
