Indications
Sildenafil is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult men. This medication works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, which allows for achieving and maintaining an adequate erection. It is essential that Sildenafil be used under the supervision of a doctor, who will evaluate the patient's condition and determine the appropriate dosage. This medication should not be used in combination with nitrates or other medications containing nitric oxide, as it can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
Composition
Each 100 mg Sildenafil tablet contains: Sildenafil citrate 100 mg, excipients: lactose, starch, magnesium stearate, among others.
Contraindications
Sildenafil is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those who are being treated with nitrates or nitric oxide donors. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, such as recent myocardial infarction, unstable angina, or severe heart failure. It is also contraindicated in men who do not have diagnosed erectile dysfunction.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, vision problems, or retinitis pigmentosa. It is important to inform your doctor about any medications you are taking, as well as any existing medical conditions. Excessive alcohol consumption is not recommended while using Sildenafil, as this may affect the medication's effectiveness.

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius, in a dry place and away from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
