Indications
Sildenafil is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men. This condition is characterized by the inability to achieve or maintain an erection adequate for sexual activity. Sildenafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, thus facilitating an erection. It is important to note that this medication does not produce an erection without sexual stimulation. Additionally, Sildenafil can be used in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension, improving exercise capacity in patients with this condition. Its use is recommended under the supervision of a physician, who will assess the suitability of the treatment in each individual case.
Composition
Each tablet contains 100 mg of Sildenafil as the active ingredient. Excipients include: microcrystalline cellulose, starch, among others.
Contraindications
The use of Sildenafil is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to sildenafil or any of the excipients in the formulation. It should not be administered in combination with nitrates, as this can lead to a severe decrease in blood pressure. It is also contraindicated in patients with severe heart problems or those who have recently had a myocardial infarction.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering Sildenafil to patients with a history of cardiovascular problems, hepatic or renal insufficiency, and those taking medications that may interact with sildenafil. It is important for the patient to inform their doctor about any medications they are taking, as well as their medical history.

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius, in a dry place and away from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
