Indications

Sildenafil is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men. This medication works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, resulting in an erection. It is important to note that Sildenafil is only effective in the presence of sexual stimulation and has no effect on libido. This medication should not be used by women and is not indicated for the treatment of female sexual dysfunction.

Composition

Each tablet contains 100 mg of Sildenafil. Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, starch, magnesium stearate.

Contraindications

Sildenafil is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Sildenafil or any of the excipients of the formulation. It should not be administered in combination with nitrates, as this may lead to a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Its use is contraindicated in men with severe cardiovascular diseases that may be exacerbated by sexual activity.

Precautions

Caution is advised in patients with a history of cardiovascular problems, severe liver or kidney disease. Concomitant alcohol consumption may affect the efficacy of the medication. Interaction with other medications, especially those that affect blood pressure, should also be considered.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature (not exceeding 30°C). Keep out of reach of children.
