Indications
Sheldy (cabergoline) is indicated for the treatment of disorders related to hyperprolactinemia, including prolactinomas and other prolactin hypersecretion syndromes. It is used in patients presenting with symptoms such as galactorrhea, amenorrhea, or infertility associated with elevated prolactin levels. Additionally, it has been used in the treatment of Parkinson's disease, as part of a therapeutic regimen in patients with motor symptoms. Cabergoline acts as a dopamine receptor agonist, which helps reduce prolactin production by the pituitary gland.
Composition
Each Sheldy tablet contains 0.5 mg of cabergoline and excipients q.s. to complete the formulation.
Contraindications
Sheldy is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to cabergoline or any of the excipients in the formulation. It is also contraindicated in patients with a history of severe cardiovascular disease, including congestive heart failure, recent myocardial infarction, or severe arrhythmias. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe liver diseases.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of psychiatric disorders, cardiovascular diseases, or low blood pressure. It is important to monitor blood pressure during treatment, especially at the start of therapy. Regular medical follow-up is recommended to adjust the dose according to patient response and adverse effects.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
