Indications

Salbutamol Syrup is indicated for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, bronchial asthma, and other respiratory disorders requiring bronchodilation. It is used to relieve symptoms of wheezing, dyspnea, and chest tightness. This medication acts as a fast-acting bronchodilator, helping to relax the muscles of the airways and facilitate breathing. Its use is recommended in patients with asthmatic crises or exacerbations of obstructive pulmonary diseases.

Composition

Each 5 ml of syrup contains 2 mg of salbutamol as the active ingredient. Excipients: sorbitol, citric acid, glycerol, and purified water.

Contraindications

Salbutamol Syrup is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to salbutamol or any of the product's excipients. Its use is not recommended in patients with a history of severe tachycardia or uncontrolled cardiac arrhythmias.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and those being treated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors. The use of this medication in pregnant or breastfeeding women should also be considered under medical supervision. The dosage should be adjusted in patients with impaired renal function.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.

  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
