Indications
Rosel-T is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of colds and flu, relieving symptoms such as fever, headache, nasal congestion, and general discomfort. Amantadine acts as an antiviral, reducing the duration and severity of the infection. Chlorphenamine is an antihistamine that helps relieve congestion and sneezing, while paracetamol acts as an analgesic and antipyretic, helping to reduce fever and pain. This medication is useful for managing symptoms in adults and children over 12 years of age, always under medical supervision.
Composition
Each Rosel-T tablet contains: Amantadine 50 mg, Chlorphenamine 3 mg, Paracetamol 300 mg.
Contraindications
Rosel-T is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with severe liver or kidney disease. Its use is not recommended in patients who are being treated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or in those with narrow-angle glaucoma or urinary retention.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, and in those taking other medications that may interact with the components of Rosel-T. It is recommended to consult a doctor before starting use during pregnancy or lactation.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
