Indications

Rosel is indicated for the symptomatic relief of common cold and flu symptoms, such as fever, headache, general discomfort, nasal congestion, and sneezing. The combination of amantadine, chlorphenamine, and paracetamol provides a synergistic effect that can help reduce fever and pain, as well as relieve congestion and other allergic symptoms. It is important to use this medicine as directed by a doctor and to consider that it may be useful in the treatment of viral infections, as well as in allergic processes.

Composition

Each Rosel tablet contains:

  • Amantadine 50 mg
  • Chlorphenamine 3 mg
  • Paracetamol 300 mg

Contraindications

This medicine is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be administered in cases of severe liver disease, narrow-angle glaucoma, or during pregnancy and lactation without adequate medical supervision.

Precautions

Shipping

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
