Indications
Realdrax-Mxd is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of gastrointestinal disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome and other types of dyspepsia. Hyoscine acts as an antispasmodic, relieving cramps and tension in the smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract. Ibuprofen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), is used to reduce inflammation, pain, and fever, making it an effective option for managing pain associated with conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and menstrual pain. Additionally, it can be useful in the treatment of postoperative pain and in reducing fever in adults and children.
Composition
Each tablet of Realdrax-Mxd contains:
- Hyoscine: 20 mg
- Ibuprofen: 400 mg
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with a history of peptic ulcers, severe renal insufficiency, or severe liver diseases. Its use is not recommended in patients with asthma, allergic rhinitis, or urticaria induced by the use of NSAIDs.
Precautions
Precautions should be taken in patients with a history of gastrointestinal problems, such as ulcers or bleeding. Additionally, care should be taken in patients with heart disease, hypertension, or those undergoing anticoagulant therapy. Prolonged use of this medication without medical supervision is not recommended.

Keep the product in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
