Rdp 500 mg is indicated as a dietary supplement that provides ascorbic acid, also known as vitamin C. This compound is essential for maintaining general health and plays a crucial role in various biological functions. Its use is recommended in situations of vitamin C deficiency and as support for strengthening the immune system. It can also be useful in the treatment and prevention of conditions associated with scurvy and other diseases where an increased intake of this vitamin is required. In addition, ascorbic acid acts as an antioxidant, helping to protect cells against damage caused by free radicals.

Composition

Each Rdp capsule contains 500 mg of ascorbic acid, in addition to excipients necessary for the product's formulation.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to ascorbic acid or any of the excipients in the formula. Caution should also be exercised in patients with kidney disease or a history of kidney stones, as excessive consumption of vitamin C can promote oxalate formation.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
