Indications

Purimar Nasal Spray is a product indicated for the treatment and prevention of nasal congestion, as well as for the hydration and cleaning of the nasal passages. Its formulation with sea water helps to fluidify nasal secretions, facilitating their elimination and relieving respiratory obstruction. It is especially useful in cases of allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, and during situations of exposure to dry or polluted environments. It can also be used for nasal care in babies and children, promoting respiratory health in early stages of life.

Composition

Isotonic seawater solution, preservative-free.

Contraindications

Purimar Nasal Spray is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the solution. Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of severe nasal problems or lesions in the nasal mucosa.

Precautions

It is recommended to use the product with caution in patients with a history of recent nasal surgeries. Likewise, it is important to avoid direct contact with the eyes. In case of persistence of symptoms or appearance of adverse effects, discontinue use and consult a doctor.

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, protected from sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
  4. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next day.
