Indications

Pramipexole is indicated for the treatment of Parkinson's disease in early and advanced stages, as monotherapy or in combination with other dopaminergic medications. It is also indicated for the treatment of restless legs syndrome, providing significant relief in the frequency and severity of symptoms, thus improving the patient's quality of life.

Composition

Each tablet contains: Pramipexole (as pramipexole dihydrochloride) 1 mg, excipients: lactose, corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, among others.

Contraindications

The use of pramipexole is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to pramipexole or any of the excipients in the formula. It is also contraindicated in patients with severe renal insufficiency (glomerular filtration rate < 30 ml/min).

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of psychiatric disorders, cardiovascular diseases, or those who experience excessive somnolence or sudden sleep episodes. It is important to monitor patient behavior, as the use of pramipexole may be associated with compulsive behaviors.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at temperatures not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00.
