Indications

Pisazol (Tramadol) is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain. It is used in situations where pain management is essential, such as in postoperative processes, traumatic injuries, oncological pain, and in chronic conditions requiring effective pain control. Tramadol administration should be carefully monitored to adjust the dose according to patient response and pain severity.

Composition

Each Pisazol ampoule contains 50 mg of Tramadol as the active ingredient. It also contains excipients necessary for the injectable formulation.

Contraindications

It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Tramadol or any of the excipients in the formulation. It should not be administered to patients with acute intoxication by alcohol, hypnotics, analgesics, opioids, or psychotropic drugs. Likewise, it is contraindicated in patients with uncontrolled epilepsy and in those receiving MAO inhibitors.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of drug abuse or dependence, as well as in those with respiratory disorders. In elderly individuals or those with renal or hepatic insufficiency, careful monitoring and possible dose adjustment are recommended. Tramadol administration may cause drowsiness; therefore, patients should be warned about the possibility of it affecting their ability to drive or operate machinery.

Storage

Store at room temperature, between 15°C and 30°C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
