Indications
Pharmafil Lp 100 mg is used in the treatment of various respiratory conditions, such as bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). This medication acts as a bronchodilator, facilitating the opening of the airways and thus improving breathing in patients with airflow obstruction. Theophylline can also be used in combination with other medications to enhance its effect and control respiratory symptoms. Composition
Each Pharmafil Lp tablet contains 100 mg of theophylline as the active ingredient. In addition, it contains excipients that facilitate its formulation and absorption.
Contraindications
It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to theophylline or any of the components of the formulation. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe heart disease, active peptic ulcers, or those who are in a state of severe dehydration.
Precautions

In addition, patients who are taking other medications that may interact with theophylline should be monitored, as this may alter their plasma levels.
