Indications
Otilin Oti Drops is indicated for the treatment of external and middle ear infections (otitis externa and media), as well as for the management of pain associated with these conditions. This medication combines the anesthetic action of lidocaine with the antimicrobial properties of neomycin, providing effective and rapid symptom relief. It is generally used in patients experiencing inflammation and pain in the external auditory canal, as well as in those requiring complementary treatment for bacterial ear infections.
Composition
Each ml of Otilin Oti Drops contains:
- Lidocaine: 0.5%
- Neomycin: 0.5%
Contraindications
Otilin Oti Drops is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to lidocaine, neomycin, or any of the excipients in the formulation. It should not be used in patients with a perforated eardrum or in those with viral or fungal ear infections.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering Otilin Oti Drops to patients with a history of seizures, heart disease, or liver disease. This medication should be used under strict medical supervision in pediatric and geriatric populations. Prolonged use is not recommended to prevent the possibility of bacterial resistance.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
