Indications
Osidea Oral Gel Sachet is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult men. Sildenafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, which helps to achieve and maintain an erection suitable for sexual activity. This medication is not an aphrodisiac and does not increase sexual desire. It is essential that the patient is well informed about the proper use of the medication and that a prior medical diagnosis is made to determine the suitability of the treatment.
Composition
Each Osidea sachet contains 100 mg of sildenafil in a 5 g oral gel presentation. Additionally, it contains excipients that facilitate the administration and absorption of the active ingredient.
Contraindications
Osidea is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to sildenafil or to any of the components of the formulation. It is also contraindicated in patients using nitrates in any form, as this can lead to a severe decrease in blood pressure. Its use is not recommended in patients with cardiovascular diseases that compromise sexual activity.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases, liver or kidney problems, as well as in those using medications that may interact with sildenafil. A complete medical evaluation is important before initiating treatment. In addition, the patient should be informed about the possibility of adverse effects and the importance of not exceeding the recommended dose.
