Indications
Nibezvag is indicated for the treatment of dyslipidemias, specifically in patients with hypertriglyceridemia and/or hypercholesterolemia. Its use is recommended in individuals who have not responded adequately to diet and exercise changes. Additionally, it is used as a complement in the therapy of patients with high cardiovascular risk, contributing to the reduction of cardiovascular events associated with dyslipidemias.
Composition
Each Nibezvag tablet contains 200 mg of Bezafibrate as the active ingredient, as well as excipients necessary for the formulation of the medication.
Contraindications
Nibezvag is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to bezafibrate or any component of the formula. It should not be used in patients with active liver disease, severe kidney failure, or those with gallbladder diseases. Likewise, it is contraindicated in pregnant or breastfeeding women, unless its use is strictly necessary and under medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of liver or kidney diseases, as well as in those taking other medications that may interact with bezafibrate. Liver and kidney function should be monitored regularly during treatment. Additionally, the risk-benefit ratio should be evaluated in patients with a history of myopathies.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
