Indications
Naphazoline Drops are indicated for the temporary relief of nasal and ocular congestion. This medication is useful in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, as well as in the management of allergic conjunctivitis. Its vasoconstrictor action helps reduce redness and inflammation of the mucous membranes, providing rapid symptomatic relief. Its use is recommended in cases of common colds, seasonal allergies, and other nasal and ocular disorders that present with congestion.
Composition
Each 1 ml of Naphazoline Drops contains 0.1% naphazoline as the active ingredient, along with suitable excipients for its formulation.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to naphazoline or any of its components. Its use is not recommended in patients with uncontrolled arterial hypertension, severe cardiovascular diseases, and in those suffering from closed-angle glaucoma. It is also contraindicated in children under 2 years of age.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, hyperthyroidism, or in those taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). It is important not to exceed the recommended dose to avoid side effects such as tachycardia or hypertension. Prolonged use can cause rebound effect in nasal congestion.
Storage
Store the product in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Do not expose to temperatures above 30°C. Once opened, it is recommended to use the product within a specific period of time, which should be consulted on the product label.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
